Issue Pulse for Jira

See at a glance whether an issue is healthy, stale, overdue or stuck in status.

Getting started

Install Issue Pulse from the Atlassian Marketplace (Jira site admin).
Open any issue. In the right-hand column expand the Issue Pulse panel.

No configuration is needed.

What the panel shows

In this status	Time since the issue last changed status (or since creation).
Age	Time since the issue was created.
Last activity	Time since the issue was last updated.
Due	Due in N days, due soon (2 days or less), or overdue by N days.
Subtasks	Done / total, with a progress bar.
Counters	Comments, watchers and linked issues.

Signals

For open issues (not in a "Done" status category) the panel shows Needs attention when:

Overdue — the due date has passed;
Stale — no activity for 14 days or more;
Unassigned — nobody is assigned.

Permissions and data

Issue Pulse runs on Atlassian Forge, uses a single read-only scope (read:jira-work) on behalf of the viewing user, stores no data and sends nothing outside Atlassian. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
