Issue Pulse Privacy Policy

Issue Pulse ("the app") is a Jira Cloud app published by Knopio on the Atlassian Marketplace. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

What the app accesses

When you open a Jira issue, the app reads that issue's fields (dates, status, due date, assignee presence, subtasks, comment/watcher/link counts and status history) through the Atlassian Forge platform, using your own Jira permissions.

What the app does with it

The data is used only to calculate the information shown in the Issue Pulse panel, at the moment you view the issue.

Storage and sharing

• The app does not store any of your data.
• The app does not send any data outside Atlassian. It runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform ("Runs on Atlassian").
• The app does not use analytics, cookies or tracking.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Logs

If loading an issue fails, the app logs only the error code to help diagnose the problem. Logs are kept by the Atlassian Forge platform according to Atlassian's retention policy and contain no personal data.
